The Protocol
Do I need all three parts, or can I just buy one?
You can start with a single lever — psyllium (Foundation) for bulk, magnesium (Ease) to draw in water, or triphala (Move) for motility. But because GLP-1 constipation comes from slowed movement, most people do best using all three together. See
the doctor's recommended approach.
Why three levers instead of just fiber?
GLP-1 constipation is mainly a movement (motility) problem, not a lack of fiber. A single bulk fiber addresses only stool form — adding water (magnesium) and motility support (triphala) covers what fiber alone leaves open. See the
Science page for the full reasoning.
How long before I notice anything?
This varies person to person, and we're not going to invent a specific timeline or promise a result here — that's exactly the kind of claim we're careful not to make. Once real customer experience exists, general (not guaranteed) timeframes will be added here.
Ingredients & Safety
Is this safe to take with my current medications?
Talk to your own doctor or pharmacist before starting, especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or have a diagnosed digestive condition like IBD. This isn't a substitute for that conversation.
Can this help with IBS, SIBO, or IBD?
Velisoma supports regularity and digestive comfort as structure-and-function support — it is not a treatment for any diagnosed condition, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of any medication. If you have a diagnosed condition like IBD, work with your gastroenterologist rather than treating this as a substitute for that care.
Where do the ingredients come from?
Velisoma's lineup is privately labeled through Vitalabs, an established, certified supplement manufacturer. Every lever lists exactly what's in it — no proprietary blends, and no added sugar, dyes, or maltodextrin. See the
Products page.
Orders & Subscriptions
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes — subscriptions are built to be paused, rescheduled, or canceled anytime, no phone call required. (Note: this is the intended design; final subscription management tools go live once the store itself is live.)
Who is behind Velisoma?
Velisoma is founded by Dr. Kayle Martinsen, in clinical practice since 2008 with a functional-medicine-based approach to gut health. See the
About page for the full story.
Is this a diagnosis or medical advice?
No. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for seeing your own doctor. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and Velisoma products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
