How to Start — the 7-Day Ramp

Days 1–2 · Gut Go 1 (Form)

Stir one serving of fiber into a full glass of water, once daily. Hydrate through the day.

Days 3–4 · Add Gut Go 2 (Flow)

Keep the fiber going and add magnesium in the evening to soften things gently.

Days 5–7 · Add Gut Go 3 (Move)

Add triphala for motility — the full three-lever routine.

Week 2+ · Your rhythm

All three daily. If anything feels like too much, ease back on that one and build up slowly.
