Shipping
- Processing time: orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed.
- Delivery time: standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US.
- Shipping cost: free shipping on all subscription orders; one-time orders ship for a flat $8.95, or free on orders over $75.
- Where we ship: currently within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Subscriptions — how they work
- Choosing "Subscribe & Save" at checkout sets up recurring delivery at the frequency you choose (for example, every 30, 45, or 60 days).
- Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each new billing cycle, using the price and frequency shown at checkout, unless you change it.
- You can pause, skip a delivery, change frequency, or cancel at any time from your account, effective before your next scheduled charge. [Confirm the exact self-service mechanism once WooCommerce Subscriptions is configured, and how far in advance a change must be made to affect the next charge.]
- We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before any price change to an active subscription.
Cancellations
