The Guarantee

Sixty days. Keep the bottle.

A regularity routine either works for you or it doesn't, and you'll know inside two months. If it doesn't, you shouldn't be out the money.

How it works.

Use it for up to 60 days from delivery. If you're not satisfied, email hello@velisoma.com with your order number and I'll refund the purchase price of the product. Don't ship anything back — return postage on a supplement costs more than the supplement, and I'd rather put that money back in your pocket.

  1. 60 days from the date your order is delivered.

  2. No return required. Keep the bottle, or throw it out — your call.

  3. Refund covers the product price. Original shipping isn't included.

Why Sixty Days

Two reasons. First, this routine works on a timescale of days to a couple of weeks, not months — so 60 days is well past the point where you'd know. Second, a shorter window would pressure you to decide before you've given each lever a fair trial, and the routine is meant to be started one step at a time.

Sixty days is longer than most supplement brands offer and shorter than the open-ended promises that usually come with fine print. It's the honest number.

  1. One guarantee claim per household, on a first order.

  2. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately and always made right — see Shipping & Subscriptions.

  3. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time; cancelling doesn't retroactively refund an order that already shipped, but the guarantee still applies to it.

The limits, stated up front.

A guarantee with hidden conditions isn't a guarantee. There are three conditions and they're all on this page. Nothing else applies.

Velisoma is pre-launch. This guarantee takes effect when ordering opens and will apply to every order from the first one forward. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Velisoma products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
